Beserk Intro - Susumu Hirasawa - Forces.
Almost anything by Yuki Kajiura.
The soundtrack from 3x3 eyes is awsome as well, not to mention the music from FMA - Full metal Alchemist for those who dont know it.
Some of the Naruto tunes, most of the Shippuden tunes, and then we have some of the tracks from Sayonara zetsubo Sensei like their intro themes and the track Gabriel. ITs frickin beutiful so. Cello version is awsome as well.
