What are the criteria of content? Like when is it useable enough for this?
I can imagine someone making a football model just to get an early download, so you must have some kind of threshhold

Hey, all it takes is giving it a chance. Don't be discouraged, put at least 4-5 hours into learning something. I picked up animating really quickly!

I suppose given the subject in hand most people would opt for something naruto-ish.

well i would try to do something but i dont think its necessary... because
1. i have no experience in moddeling
2. i never thought of doing and it seems hard
3. if i did something it probably would be useless
4. u guys have so much experience it would be hard for a novice to surprise you

We aren't expecting to be surprised, this is a good opportunity for anyone to give something a shot. It's free and it's summer! Could be a new hobby

And there is no deadline since we don't have a release date. That's why you should be motivated to work along with us, the team. ;]

im not a modeler  but if yours want i can do some banners or  anything in photoshop  (Nnk Forum Userbars etc..)

if you "only" have PS skills you could also grab for example one of our screenshots and work on a own HUD design , of course you better keep everything as layer so you can make it fit on the ingame hud later,
heck even i might try to model somethin , been ages since i modelled ^^

I'm hitting up med school in, like, 2.5 weeks, so it's not really by choice that I won't have much time to pick up a whole new skill set to make something for this event ;p

Under other circumstances, I would probably have tried my hand at something (probably artistic, even though stick figures are where my artistic skills top out), but I've got to be at least a little realistic

If time constraints aren't really there, I'd say that nothing should stop NNK fans from jumping at this. Go nuts, guys!
