Yeah you should, if you looked up sum info about the graphics card and you find it ok then go for it
but if you KNOW that someday u wanna play heavy games or progs, then you better just save up a little bit more and then buy the parts!
but if u aint planning on gaming hardcore then its cool to get that combo pack + graphics card

Nvidia GTX 260 is definitely a good card in that price range.
