How about if you input the jutsu two times in a row you can use double Lightning Blade and Chidori, like it was done in storm. But for Naruto's Rasengan you need clones and input the code as well, like in movie 2. And for Neji, if you input his Sixty-Four Palms two times then he will use One-Hundred and Twenty-Eight Palms.
