the point is..

naruto draws kyuubi powers when:

1. he's friends are in danger
2. he's out of chakra
3. he almost dies

so in-game we can't have
1. naruto get's kyuubi cuz his friends are in danger
2. naruto get's kyuubi cuz he's out of chakra that would be very unbalanced
3. naruto get's kyuubi cuz he's almost dead because that would be also unbalanced

only fair and possibly fun and original in this mod would be with achievements wich they already planning for!

kyuubi for naruto
curse for sasuke
and a little bit cheating for sakura with strength ^^

edit: i'm not saying they r planning kyuubi and curse that came out wrong, i was just saying what would be fun

And as far as I remember, that randomly happened, it wasn't in his control. Even if it was, having a Kyuubi cloak as a passive ability is retarded.

Look, Naruto is simply in control of the Kyuubi's chackra until the 2 and a half years training session with Jiraya. Naruto asks for chackra, the fox(which is gaining control over Naruto and weakening the seal with every drop of chackra accepted by Naruto) gives him even more than he asks. The thing is that Naruto learned to control the fox pretty much since he doesn't quite use the Kyuubi's chackra since he hurt Sakura. If he chooses to not use it even when he's a raging bull, you have the proof he's in control. And that happens pretty often in Shippuuden. But in the original series, Naruto pretty much has no restraint using the fox's chackra when he needs extra boost(since Kyuubi's chackra is stronger than his, he can make, say 15 Bunshins with Kyuubi's chackra using the same amount of chackra that, if using Naruto's natural chackra, would make only around 10). That plus the chackra that has leaked from the fox in the 12 years before the seal first weakened result in Naruto's "enormous chackra".

That above my friends, was just to end the past discussion... I'm looking forward to Kyuubi Naruto, and I think I see something like evolving(like ESF)...

Passive abilities. An minor ability that's permanent or activates under the right circumstances. Am i right?

Well, Kyuubi power isn't a very minor ability is it? It's more of a transformation.
A Naruto passive power would probably be a MINOR regen when he's under 50% HP.

Sasuke could have Sharingan wich can the turned on/off like Focus Chakra and drains chakra.

I got no good ideas for Sakura but Kakashi could have less chakra cost at 40% HP or something.

Dude, if you get your arm cut off, do you get faster/stronger? I don't think so... You're basically suggesting more fantasy than the anime has. Think it through, they are getting pierced by 15 kunais and they get faster or do they mourn in pain? I want the answer from you. I'm just sick of ideas that lead to increase of power/speed when you're near death...
