Status Update #1March 03, 2010, 11:48:53 AM
Welcome to Status Update #1!
It's been a while since we've let you guys know what's happening behind the scenes. With our first update we're announcing Open positions on our team as well as a status update on what to expect in the patch! Calling all developers! NNK has opened it's arms and is looking for new talent to fill our roster! We've had a great time developing R1 for you guys, and with that behind us we've increased our scope for how grand and great R2 will be! To get it out as fast and as polished as we can we need more talent on our team. We are looking for more artists to round out our team. If you know any talented artists or animators let them know about us and send us an e-mail at ApplyNNK@gmail.com with samples of your work. Patch status! The patch is coming along quite well. We don't want to make the same mistake we did with our release and have some issues playing it. We've increased the scope of testing for our patches to make sure they will work for all of our fans. Here's a list of what's coming; What you can expect to see in the patch

Tutorial Guide
We'd like to thank all of you guys out there for making this a successful launch! We are aware that some of you are having issues installing the game, and others with the client.dll problem. So here's a Video Tutorial! I hope this has helped you guys with figuring how how exactly to install our game. Some of the parts, such as installation, have been sped up to save time. If you are looking for the client.dll fix, skip ahead to 4:50. The method to fix it is to open up Half-life, go into Options > Video and change the Renderer to OpenGL mode. Remember, this isn't a guaranteed fix but might help. We're currently working as hard as we can to get a patch out to you guys asap. So sit tight, and keep reporting any issues you may find in our Help Forum. Also for those of you who have been having low FPS while playing NNK, you can also turn off many of the graphical features of NNK. 1. Open up NNK 2. Click Options 3. Select the Multiplayer tab on the far right 4. Select the Advanced NNK Options button See you in the servers! - The NNK Team ![]() NNK Released!January 10, 2010, 04:58:30 PM

If you're new to NNK, which all of you are, there is a great Tutorial Mode that teaches you all you need to know to prepare for battle! Simply click create server, set the map to nnk_academy, and change the game mode to tutorial. This will guide you through the basics of controlling your ninja and is highly recommended. As with any new game, there is bound to be a few issues that we didn't catch. One of the issues you may run into is having your character stuck at times. If you find yourself in a situation like this, press the B Key or open your console with the ~ key and type in unstuck. This will move your character away from potential sticky situations. We're going to work on getting you guys a patch as soon as possible. In the mean time if you run into any trouble please post in our Help Forum to find ways to resolve your issue. Download Here!
